We work in 12 Houston neighbourhoods. Each has different homes and different needs.
Memorial
Large lots along Buffalo Bayou and in the Memorial villages. Kitchen and master suite remodels and custom new builds are the main requests.
The Heights
Historic bungalows and newer infill homes. Many older homes sit on pier and beam foundations, and parts of the Heights are historic districts where exterior changes need approval.
River Oaks
Established high-end homes where owners want custom kitchens, primary suites and full renovations finished to a high standard.
Upper Kirby
Townhomes and updated older homes close to the city centre. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are the most common jobs.
Meyerland
Homes along Brays Bayou that flooded in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Many owners have lifted their homes or rebuilt, and elevation is the main request here.
Rice Village
Older homes and townhomes near Rice University. Kitchen and bath updates and whole-home renovations.
University Park
Established homes where kitchen and bathroom remodels are the main requests.
Texas Medical Center
Condos, townhomes and older homes nearby. Bathroom and kitchen remodels for owners and investors.
Bellaire
Its own city inside Houston, with many original homes replaced by new builds. Flooding has affected parts of Bellaire, so elevation and raised new construction are common.
Galleria
High-rise condos and townhomes. Interior kitchen and bath remodels, planned around building rules.
Montrose
Older homes, many on pier and beam, mixed with townhomes. Foundation work, remodels and infill new builds.
Rice Military
Dense townhome neighbourhood near Memorial Park. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades in 3-storey townhomes.
