A note on small bathrooms
We don't take small guest bath or tub-to-shower swap jobs on their own. If your guest bath needs work as part of a larger project, we'll include it.
The vein-matching story
On a tight-budget house, Sam installed large marble-look shower tiles and couldn't leave the veins mismatched. He lined up every tile so the pattern flowed like a real stone slab, exactly as he would on a job 10 times the price. That is the standard on every bathroom we build.
Waterproofing you can see
Most shower leaks come from poor waterproofing, not bad tile. Before any tile goes on, we seal walls, niches, benches and the pan with a waterproofing membrane, and we photograph it so you have a record.

Timeline
Most master bathrooms take 3 to 6 weeks on site. Moving walls or plumbing, or waiting on custom glass, adds time. You get a schedule with your fixed price.

Questions we get asked
How much does a master bathroom remodel cost?
Most of our master bathrooms cost $12,000 to $25,000. With master closet cabinetry, moved walls or premium materials, budgets are usually $40,000 or more.
Can you turn my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, as part of a master bath remodel. We can also keep a freestanding tub and add a separate walk-in shower if the space allows.
Do you install heated floors?
Yes. Radiant floor heat goes under the tile on its own circuit and thermostat.
How do you stop showers from leaking?
We waterproof the whole shower with a membrane before tile and photograph it. That step, not the tile, is what keeps water out of your walls.
Can I use the bathroom during the remodel?
Usually not while the master bath is being rebuilt. Plan on using another bathroom for 3 to 6 weeks.
Do you do small guest bathrooms?
Not on their own. We focus on master and primary bathroom remodels, and include other bathrooms when they are part of a bigger project.
